A two-day trail ride event sanctioned by the North American Trail Ride Conference.
The weekend gets started with a potluck dinner Friday evening. Saturday features rides in the Open (25-30 miles) and Novice & Competitive Pleasure (20-25 miles) divisions, followed by a BBQ. There will be shorter rides on Sunday followed by the awards ceremony. The horse is judged on condition, soundness and trail ability on natural trail obstacles. The rider is judged on presentation (not showmanship!), grooming (no artificial enhancements, polished hooves, etc.), trail equitation (not prettiness of form), trail safety/courtesy, stabling, etc.

This is a non-sanctioned event that will include a 2-3 hour easy trail ride with 10-12 natural trail obstacles that will be judged and scored. This is not a race. Obstacles may include: stepping over a log without touching the log; dragging a log on a rope around an obstacle; backing up around an object; reading a map and knowing where you are; walking through water; Fun for the whole family. Event will start and end at Crane Canyon with check in beginning at 8am; First rider out at 9am and last rider out at 11am. All breeds welcome, any type saddle and bridle. No stallions without prior permission from management. Raffle prizes and ribbons. BBQ lunch included if signed up by May 15. Otherwise $10 lunch can be purchased. If you would like to judge this event and have a nice scenic day and free lunch please volunteer. No prior experience necessary.

This is a traditional carriage driving show sponsored by the Brass Oak Driving Society and is officially recognized by the American Driving Society. It will feature single and multiple turnouts consisting of light horses, ponies, mules, donkeys and miniature horses and donkeys put to both modern marathon carriages and antique and reproduction carriages. Classes will be held in the indoor and outdoor arenas with two specially featured Pleasure Marathon - Turnout classes out on courses.

This is a 3 day 155 mile endurance ride that is sanctioned by the American Endurance Ride Conference. Over the 3 days the riders will traverse some of the most scenic areas of the Ranch. Including Bear Trap Canyon, Tunis Canyon, Martinez Ridge, and Lopez Flats. The 2007 3 Day winner was Pippa Davies riding her Arabian gelding Warrior with a total riding time of 15 hours 33 minutes. Pippa's horse also received the Best Condition award.
