- 150' round pen, 100' round pen.

- Cattle are available for shows (price varies).

- Ample room for up to 400 portable stalls.

- Easy access to Interstate 5.
Facility Rental Fees
If a particular weekend is desired a deposit of 20% of the total estimated rental cost will be required.
Arenas
- Watered and worked once per day: $450 per arena.
Working Pens
- Watered and worked once per day: $300 per pen.
- Additional water/work on ground will be $75 each time.
Non-rented Stall
- 2-3 night event: $25 (2/12 cubit ft shavings included).
- Each additional night: $10 (additional shavings available $10/bag).
- Single night: $15/night.
Rented Stalls
- Cost per stall plus additional $25 (2/12 cubit ft shavings included) - 2-3 night event.
- Each additional night: $10 (additional shavings available $10/bag).
